C-NAN have to study all regulation from Municipal law, Building law and Urban zoning law etc.
Summarise in to schematic design in order to communicate with Saota and Owner.
Saota will do the concept design.
C-NAN will take the concept design from Saota and develop in to ;
Architecture permission drawing.
Structure permission drawing.
Mechanical permission drawing.
Electrical permission drawing.
Plumbing permission drawing.
Architecture tender drawing.
Structure tender drawing.
Mechanical tender drawing.
Electrical tender drawing.
Plumbing tender drawing.
Architecture construction drawing.
Structure construction drawing.
Mechanical construction drawing.
Electrical construction drawing.
Plumbing construction drawing.
C-NAN will prepare all the specification book of Architect, Structure and MEP.
We would apologise that we could not just simply give the list of regulation as many law relate to this, and we have to take responsible by law.
Moreover, the detail of villa are a lot more than hotel, these also the factor of time consume.
