In this article "content analysis" has been used as a research
method for data gathering and then Shannon Entropy has
been used for statistical analysis. Through literature review
and content analysis, all successful models about developing
inter-organizational systems have been analyzed and then
classified by determining the main lines of the contents. So
the new dimensions for developing inter-organizational
systems have been proposed. The first step in content
analysis is determining the questions that researchers want
to answer them. In following based on system approach as
shown in Fig.1, four questions that are: what (input, output
and environmental factors), How (process factors), who
(user factors) and how much (impact factors), are
determined and then the number of units related to each
question in different models are calculated.
