The questionnaire was individually handed out to the participants at the workplaces in connection to each intervention. When participants were not present at the second measurement, the questionnaires and envelopes were left at the workplace with a representative who forwarded it to the employee upon his arrival. At some of the workplaces, it was possible to identify and pair the questionnaires from the different occasions to an individual. The data from the questionnaires were manually transcribed to computer files and doubled checked against the questionnaire
