Visual representations in 3 Dimensions (3D) can provide a
useful and valuable tool for attractive web illustrations in
various areas including medical applications, museums and
archaeological sites, gaming, advertisement, entertainment and
education. However, until recently, providing good 3D
representations to the Internet users used to be a hard task not
only for web graphic designers but also for web programmers.
This is due to the fact that adequate Quality of Experience
(QoE) for applications using 3D graphics can be only achieved
via optimizations in various levels, from hardware to software
and from networking to programming and deployment
