The customer complained about Mindless staff as detail below, "A few weeks ago I bought two TEFAL induction pans, one large, one small. They seemed to be just what I wanted
The larger pan (which carries more weight is fine), but the small 15 cm pan has seen it's handle break away due to an initial failure of one or two of the three spot welds.
I took it back to the store and showed the defective welds to a number of different people who came to look, shrugged their shoulder and walked away. Eventually one girl asked for my receipt, as if knowing that I would not have kept a receipt indefinitely for a sauce pan. No Receipt, No Refund and walked away.
As I say, it's not the money, but the principle and the way in which my genuine complaint was dealt with. I didn't want a refund, I just wanted a serviceable replacement. What I thought I might be entitled too.
If it wasn't for the convenience of your store and I was more mobile, I might be tempted to shop somewhere else, but my circumstance dictate that I must stay a customer.
