APPLICATION SUPPORT
Responsibility:
- First - line or second-line calls for application-related problems
- Diagnosis, correction and testing of defects
- Support users about trouble shooting
- Documentation of defects and status reports
- Test application enhancements and co - ordination of user testing
- Summarize and share trouble shooting and application knowledge to build Knowledge Base
- Support batch processing and non-working day on call
Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer - Science, Technology information or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with service mind.
- Able to communicate with users at a level appropriate to the audience.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and to think abstractly.
- Minimum 1 - 2 Years experience working as application support
- Experience in Banking Business area will be advantage.
- Good command of English will be advantage.
