Learning & Development
•Work as an apprentice to study current working procedure/ structure of each business group by on-site visit/ on-the-job training within 120-day rotational experience.
•Attend training and development program in MT development plan, and apply learned knowledge for the project, as well as for career ladder as middle-management level.
Project Management
•Analyze and research information to serve business group’ assignment by utilizing own integrated knowledge, skill, and experiences.
•Create action plan for assigned project based on expected result, budget, risk assessment and timeline.
•Perform role as project liaison between related parties to implement work improvement project and ensure progress running smoothly.
•Report progression of project on result, expense, and further recommendation, perspective to related parties.
