The time and data rate displayed is based on the maximum possible data rate for a given codec at a given frame rate. Since the Apple ProRes codecs are variable bit rate codecs, the remaining time depends on image content, and will usually be longer than the time indicated. In the same manner the data rate is varying depending on image content.Please note that the result fields "GB/h (based on Project Rate)" and "Mbit/s (based on Project Rate)" refer to the resulting clip, which is always created with a time base equal to the project rate. The data rate arising during recording only differs in case of a Sensor Speed different to the Project Rate. In that case the result fields "GB/h (based on Sensor Speed)" and "Mbit/s (based on Sensor Speed)" show up.
