Yesterday evening had been only the second time that their room had received turndown service. They have never had the "do no distrub" light on and had only been in the room on one occassion when the roomattendant came. Mr & Mrs Harvey blame this on being 100% occupied with all the groups, but to me that should not be an excuse for the hotel.
