With regard to the availability of resources for employees’ education and training only companies C and F related that they felt their respective organizations provided adequate resources for training and education of the employees. Three of the responding companies indicated that training substantially improved their level of understating of ERP software applications. It is worth mentioning that managers must realize that training is a continuous process, and it must be done during the entire implementation process of the system, as well as when other aspects of the ERP system are changed, updated, added or upgraded. Seminars as well as hands-on experiential training are important for a successful implementation. As in every area of information technology, ERP systems are and will continue to constantly change. Keeping up with these changes through training and education of employees are essential for an organization to have successful use of an ERP system.
