Responsibilities: Customer Services Assistant :
Pre-flight load planning from cargo boarding list and initial aircraft trimming.
Coordinate with cargo agents for smooth flight handling.
Random inspections to ensure ULDs do not contain DGR and are properly built up, serviceability in accordance to SIA regulations.
Supervise finalizing cargo manifest and recheck net weight of each ULDS containing cargo and weight of cargo in bulk before hand over the said information to load planner.
Confirm if there is any off-loading cargo/mail for relocation and further action.
Relevant post-departure alerts sent to the relevant down line stations and head office upon departure of flight
Dispatch of daily estimated cargo loads.
Monitor CPM massages, which send by handling agent, are correct.
Updating AWB data, TT list (insert loading details of transit cargo via SIN on the through transit list of a flight, FWB and A.M.S.
Monitor FFM massages, which send by handling agent, are correct.
Random check and Monitor break – down incoming cargo for minimize damage and rough handling.
Monitor with handling agent to confirm special cargo are properly storage.
Cargo booking/reservation (Saturday and Sunday).
Furnish customers with required information/service (walk in and telephone call).
Issue Air Waybill for Embassy of Singapore and Thailand.
Issue Store Consignment note for Singapore Commercial Supply.
Pre advice consignee of the arrival of special cargo as requested from original station, which the requesting send thru FORSE, e-mail.
Monitor the inbound messages and take action when necessary for the urgent cases.
Monitor with handling agent to dispatch message to stations concerned should there be any irregularities of handling, cargo/mail, inbound/outbound, warehouse/ramp handling.
Monitor the ULDs stock on daily basis.
Arrange Cargo Ships Papers and submitted to Cargo Traffic Revenue Accountant on a daily basis.
Weekly ULDs stock inventory.
Monitor the transfer of interline shipments.
Space reservation request to interline for transit cargo.
Random check cargo weight at the point of acceptance.
Any other duties as requested.
