Thank you for your information and I truly appreciate your kindness.
In my opinion for format CPAR, If you ask me I think the format CPAR currently in use is appropriate and details are completely,
But in some cases employees may not understand in some detail to fill in the documents such as definition etc.
So I think we should have training or acknowledge to employees about how to root cause ,corrective and preventive action so that to outcome CPAR best performance.
