summer and spring, whereas exercising at home was more likely
in the winter. A greater proportion of sports and exercise bouts was
reported at work and at a gym/health club on the weekdays,
whereas exercising outdoors was more common on weekend days
(see Fig. 2). Exercising at home was more likely in the evenings as
compared to other times of the day. In contrast, exercising at work
and at a gym/health club was more frequently reported in the
afternoons and mornings, respectively.
