Dear Khun Suthep,
I have already received feedback from factory for this request.
Below is the procedure that will verify the leak and operation.
Leak Test and Operation Procedure:
-Need to monitor via pressure gauge: tank/inlet pressure & internal valve outlet pressure.
Step 1: Leave internal valve in closed position and pressurize the vessel to MAWP.
Step 2: Check the outlet pressure to ensure no pressure is present. Do this for 5 minutes.
If no leaks then proceed
If leak then remove valve and check the main sealing area (repair if needed)
Step 3: Spray the gland housing or bracket area where the handle is present. Also spray on any joint connections.
Step 4: Open the internal valve and check the gland area and joints for any leakage.
If no leaks then proceed
If leak then: Close the valve. Remove the outlet pressure. Check the packing gland assembly/joints.
Step 5: Close the internal valve and remove the outlet pressure.
Valve has passed leak test and operation.
Important Notes:
1. The internal valves are tested in factory using air. If the customer is using water with pressure applied it will only verify the seal against a liquid. Air is lighter and has smaller particles which essentially the testing for vapor condition. It is recommended to test with only air. This will ensure bubble tight on all seals.
2. Ensure to follow safety procedures and de-pressurize the outlet and tank pressure before removing the valve
3. Strictly follow the Instruction manual for valve disassembly
