Overview of the course
Pre-course questionnaire to identify if the participant is happy with how they are currently managing their workload and find out if they have tried any techniques in the past
Participants are asked to fill in a 5 working day work clock as pre-work for the day
Post workshop follow up, including action plan, feedback worksheets. An option is to get participants to re-do their work clock after a set period e.g. 3 months to see if there has indeed been an improvement
Learning areas addressed in the module
Participants are given practical exercises in the training to help them think how to find short cuts to doing their work, prioritize their workload, managing the interruptions in their day and work with the wisdom of the group to identify strategies to deal with “time stealers”.
