However, even though there is no error on my credit card, I had checked it right away after I had received your message telling "The payment couldn't be verified". 2) I don't need you to tell me that "if I want the product, I need to make another purchase". In fact, I stated clearly that "I went to make another purchase right away but the system didn't allow me to use the same voucher code". It showed the error "The voucher doesn't meet criteria". What I want... 1) An explanation why at the second purchase after the error, it showed "The voucher doesn't meet criteria"? 2) In this case, not my fault nor credit card fault...
