- Perform administration & Secretarial support to top management
- Provide general support in the Project coordination & Management follow up.
- Generate presentation creation for internal and external organizations.
- Welcome guests and visitors, prepare meeting room and other necessary facilities.
- Handle the executive’s schedule / meeting / appointment.
- Prepare quotations and contracts between companies with customers.
- Contact with the customer in a professional manner with high standard of customer orientation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing documents for the executive’s consideration.
- Answering / making / screen telephone calls for the executive.
- Response to team/department inquiries via mail, phone, email including communication with internal and external customers
- Arrange domestic and international travel and accommodation for the executive and other staff as required.
- Handle internal / external correspondence as required
