. Act as Marine Advisor responsible for:
- Conduct on-hire, off-hire and coordinate on annual audits of all vessels as per offshore vessel inspection database requirements including follow up and close out of observations.
- Conduct inspections for all type of offshore vessels directly charter by Supply Chain Management department.
- Conduct quarterly visit to all vessels focusing on reinforcing Chevron Safety Culture, Operational Excellence, promote tenets of operations, safety equipment inspection, conduct random fuel check and witness fire & emergency drills.
- Conduct anuual safety audit on all vessels.
- Enhance Marine Safety Standard and implement any changes in regulatory compliance for marine vessels.
2. Be responsible for marine crews safety orientation and training focusing on HES standards & requirements in support of Operational Excellence in all aspects of marine logistics operations consistent with Chevron management processes.
3. Act as HES expert for logistics marine incidents investigation, lead IIR, investigation processes including corrective & preventive action plan.
4. Daily monitor vesell performance to ensure all safety, envisonment and regulatory issues are monitored and addressed as appropriate.
5. Provide feedback and recommendation to marine logistics team and category manager on vessels service quality issues.
6. Be responsible for inspection and certification program with repairs of company owned marine equipment for supporting rig moves, vessels and barge anchoring.
7. Other duties as assigned by Maine Manager.
