• Analyze the market situation and utilized the analysis through account plans and strategies
• Set up a long term strategic planning (3 year plan), sales budget, including trade promotion and co-promotion program
• Set up manual of product assortment analysis by channel & merchandising standard to win at retail.
• Define opportunities, category vision & drivers from an understanding of shopper insight in order to develop channel prioritizing, long term and annual strategies for priority channels to win in all channels.
• Develop into store standards in the area of assortment, merchandising, promotion, activation and communication to win at retail
• Organize sales process in the areas of channel management, budget allocation and control.
• Improve merchandising display to in –line with market share through space management, product assortment and product strategies
• Improve customer service levels in the areas of forecast accuracy and logistics management according to supply chain management.
