GENERAL COMMENTS
Payungsak Uthaiwat appears to be showing frustrations/problems/pressure in the current work environment.
We would suggest that consideration is given to the situation as job performance could adversely be affected.
If however Payungsak Uthaiwat is being considered for a new position the problems may well be eliminated as a
matter of course, although it is important that similar situations are not allowed to develop.
As a result he may be slow to settle within a new position, hence the necessity of pre-determining and assessing
the effect of the problem.
Motivators
Payungsak Uthaiwat is motivated by security of situation, status quo and sincere appreciation for a job well
done. At the same time he enjoys challenging assignments and the opportunity for advancement. A happy home
life is also an important factor.
Should Payungsak Uthaiwat have a boss, then ideally that person will be a diplomatic but direct leader who
recognises that he prefers the security of a structured working environment and that work parameters should be
clearly defined and the exact requirement discussed and agreed.
