NPC Kh.Nipa briefed & explained overview of Project Schedule and detail SOW to TNS and confirmed requirement of TNS- Fabrication shop @ AMR yard.

Pre-fabrication work for Skywalk project at AMR yard will be finished around May 2016.
In case of delay of the project or early termination by TNS reason, NPC will be able to move fabrication work to outside vicinity of SITE.
Rental contract shall be 1-year (1 Nov 2015 till 31 Oct 2016) with condition for termination subject to 3 months advance notification
Rental area (m2) can be adjusted monthly base. And calculate total rental fee as per agreed fixed UR (B/m2).
Solution in case of applying termination before 31 Oct 2016 (subject to 3 months advance info)
NPC has committed that all KP who shall work on B4D and A3A or B2 will be maintained in BPK w/o any impact due to Skywalk project
Post meeting, TNS will consider to provide car parking area (e.g. < 1,000m2) to NPC as “free of charge” so as to prevent illegal parking at outside of TNS yard.
