2.2.3. Control experiments
In another experiments, fruit lots were filled in 38 mm thick PP
polymeric flexible packets containing about 10 kg fruits and
kept open for control storage (CS) in ambient conditions at
mean day temperature of 27 8C and 72% relative humidity as
well as in refrigerated conditions (CR) at 8 1 8C and 95 3%
relative humidity. Fruits were evaluated for various quality
parameters on every day 7 during storage as discussed under
Section 2.4.
