I am writing this email to ask for compensation for the damaged of luggage wheels is occurred from transport with the Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. I also send the details of service form as an attachment
Since on Monday the 24 October 2016, I have been informed by the authorities of the Yamato Transport Co., Ltd at the Central Japan International Airport in Nagoya that my luggage wheels have damaged during transport from the Centre of the Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. In Shinagawa Prince Hotel to Central Japan International airport in Nagoya.
I have notified the officials to request an email of someone in Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. who take care for this matter because I had no time to solved this problem for that time, unfortunately he said that he had no contact email, so I have provided my email address to him and told him to give my email address to customer service or who’s in charge for this case to contact me. But no one has contacted me back since October 24, 2016 until now.
