Sorry, I don’t point out anyone here and just to try to overcome situation become worse,
Last week we have communicate with ZA Thailand about schedule picking up and delivery back the fan and ZA will support us to pick up and delivery back
And again on morning of 25 November 2015 (yesterday morning) my team gave me update that schedule on 25 November night was replacing 3 of 4pcs OK fan
there was also information that 3pcs fan that sent back from ZA had marking “rust on rotor” but my team did not inform more whether we will be still allowed to install this fan or not.
Based on the above situation (on morning 25 November) I was still thinking there was enough fan for tonight (25 November night schedule replacement) and ZA would pick up
Then when you call me at 25 November evening on phone I requested to you that I need to talk with my team to clarify and ask update and you said that it can’t because they were working inside,
with only the above information I have then I contact Mr. Klaiber to help us to arrange picking up the dismantled fan.
this morning after my team rest I will contact them to get update information.
