According to the data collection and analysis, the least significant external factors influencing compensation management system of employees working in electronic companies in China and in Thailand was economic. In China, Mean 3.46/4.00, Ranking 5, in Thailand, Mean 3.43 4.00, Ranking 5. When Economic environment changed, the company's policy was impacted. But the employees did not notice it; many employees thought i was macro environment changed, the influencing was not stronger to them(God, 2007)
