The bacteriocin-producing isolates were identified by API50CHL
system (BioMerieux, Marcy-l’Etoile, France). The DNA of the microorganisms
was extracted with the ZR Fungal/Bacterial DNA Kit
(Zymo Research, Irvine, CA, USA) and further evaluated
