The required quantities of oil to reduce the DPPH•concentrationby 50% (EC50) were 49.04 and 48.56 g oil/g DPPH•for pulp and seed oils, respectively. These results were inferior to those obtained by Arranz et al. (2008) analysis in almond oil (712.2 g oil/g DPPH•),hazelnut (478.5 g oil/g DPPH•) and pistachio (377.9 g oil/g DPPH•).
