• Handle the guest appointment process from booking to billing.
• Ensure a prompt, courteous and informative service is provided within the Health & Wellness Reception
• Organise and monitor all appointment and package schedules and queries for guests, ensuring they are arranged properly.
• Be responsible for all guest appointment schedules.
• Coordinate with other relevant departments concerning bookings and related guest information that may be beneficial during guest stays.
• Ensure all guest billings are dealt with appropriately and within timelines relevant to guest check-in/out requirements.
• Ensure new guests are always orientated with procedures and escorted to relevant areas on their first visit.
• Ensure all guest incidents/issues are reported to the appropriate persons.
• Assist guest traffic maintenance to ensure a tranquil environment at all times.
• Assist in providing a high standard of presentation and cleanliness at the Health & Wellness Reception area at all times.
• Ensure all information presented in Health & Wellness Reception is updated.
• Be familiar with all internal procedures, services and systems.
• Attend all training programmes set up by departmental management.
• Provide and monitor all data entry for required reports.
