The informed consent, information sheet, and withdrawal form are important parts of ethics (Liamputtong, 2009; Ramcharan, 2010). They were first constructed in English and then translated into the thai language (liamputtong, 2010). The main information of these forms included a brief general explanation of the study, the cooperation required from participants, the confidentiality agreement, and confirmation that participants could withdraw from the study at any time if they wished to do so (Hansen, 2006). Different participant groups were developed with slightly differencing content which related to the study objectives. The participants were provided an information sheet, informconsent, and withdrawal form before starting the conversation.
