Strenghten the Collections organsiation, address capability gaps and refresh & test through practical opportunities development and succession plans for key roles across the Thailand Collections team.

Measures and Targets:
No Audit items with management action overdue > 30 days
Control Sample Test (CST) exception rate maintained below 2%.
All key Collection DOI to be refreshed, updated & revalidated throughout 2015.
Closure of any CST exceptions within 3 months of original test date.
Review & Implement New Scorecards & Incentive Scheme for Collections.
Identify at least 2 staff in Grade 7/8 to actively develop & support as country best bets for Collections & help to support their career growth.
Demonstrate development moved on talent, within and out of the collection function.
Hold quarterly development & succession plan session with one downs.
Reduce attrition of HIPOs & 1 and 2 rarers by addressing cause related to Compensation, Career & Collaboration.
