inventories as your last mail and more by the inventory status
such as Stock on hand, Stock in transit fro the customer We would like to tell you some fact and guessing from the result. I
attached the result of our investigation. please refer to the

Fact 1:
As you mentioned on your last mail, difference between IZS and DIVA on
Service Parts (>8% difference) is much more than any other type
of inventories.

Our Guessing 1:
We think that this is caused by the amount of unit of each inventories.
I mean that IZS calculate all inventories by the standard cost not by
actual cost, so that is why the IZS total amount of each
inventories are difference from DIVA.
If it is true, do you know what is the item calculated for actual cost?

Our Guessing 2:
The other possible cause is difference of quantity of inventories you
calculated for DIVA and our IZS.
Please shows us about the quantity of inventories if possible for DIVA.

IZS do not have the function of these generating minus data, but only have
the function of extracting from your system, so I think your system have acutually some minus amount of inventory data.
This might be one of the cause of difference between DIVA and
IZS.
