Please develop a new Thai tones test something like my previous test.
On this test I want single-syllable sounds that are all NOT real Thai words (or at least would be very rare words).
Limit the consonants to my 32 principal Thai consonants plus ศ and ษ (as final consonants only)
That will mean that people will have to assign tones based solely on the consonants, tone markers and live or dead final consonants, not on how they learned to pronounce a real word. That is, they must completely know how to use tone rules, not memory.
The test should include a variety of vowels.
Not more than 30% of the sounds should have tone markers.
Some sounds will have no final consonant but most will have final consonants.
You can add ะ to a few sounds to shorten some vowels.
There should be 60 total "non-words" on the test.
It can be on a form like the one I used in my test with five columns for marking the sounds.

I would like to sort out the issues we have here with the parents. The parents in Bangkok have developed a negative perception of the foundation since there
is lack of transparency of our tuition fee policy execution, the parents have been very skeptical of us ever since .
This negativity provided a foundation for the 4 ex teachers to manipulate the parents against us.
Some of the parents here feel that they have privilege over our staffs and other less fortunate parents. There has been outbreaks of naming calling and labeling in front of the building. This is not a very nice representation for us.
Since we are here to provide education for the underprivileged children and to protect them from feeling inferior in their own community. We have invited these more fortunate parents to join us and they are not . We don't want this to turn into a class awareness learning environment where some parents exercise rights over others based on their financial background.
There is a particular parent (Angel's mother K2/1), who not only has been dressing disrespectfully to our daycare, she has also been cursing at Ta (our staff) for doing his job , cause road hazard by making a u-turn in front of the center while other parents are dropping off their children after she was asked by Ta to not do so. There was an incident where she nearly hit a student in front of the daycare where she later got out of the car to further insult the parent and putting her in her place for being poor.
After gathering some of her incidents history and the actions that were taken in the past, she had confrontation with Kru Noi, our ex school coordinator who has provided her with a warning regarding her dress code this was later escalated into a meeting with K. Anung and her dress code is still an on going issue.
As reported the old teachers used to cater to her needs where she became more demanding for attention. A complaint was made regarding K. Oie (our staff) for not addressing her (wai her) properly when she enters the school. This needs to end.
We need to ensure that all parents understand what we do here and what we represent. We need to promote a new organizational norm in Bangkok where we promote equality between our staffs and parents, so that all parents could coexist respectfully.
Perhaps we need an acknowledgement agreement with the parents that we don't encourage nor accept this type of behavior in the future. Clearly stating the proper drop off for students who arrive by cars and there's a need for no u-turn sign in front of our center. All parents need to be considerate of the people in this community. As for parents that pay more, they need to understand that they are not our first class customers and we simply treat all parents the same way.
