SUPPORTING THE DEVELOPMENT OF OUR ASSOCIATES
Regardless of the diversity of business activities and teams, the training initiatives implemented by LACOSTE all meet the same objective: contributing to associates’ personal and skills development while meeting the requirements of the company’s general strategy.
PROTECTING AND TRANSFERRING LACOSTE INDUSTRIAL EXPERTISE
LACOSTE’s authenticity is based on its perfect control of clothing production techniques, in particular those related to knitwear. The protection and transfer of this expertise represent a key challenge for the brand. In 2011, a strategic plan was launched to identify and transfer the rarest skills and to ensure the availability of future talents.
THE RETAIL ACADEMY CONTRIBUTES TO EXCELLENCE IN STORES
As true ambassadors of the brand, salespeople benefit from a specific sales training program: the Retail Academy. Since its launch in 2014, 5,230 retail associates have been trained in the 15 countries reporting to the Retail Academy thanks to the creation of a network of 40 internal trainers.
