Dear all, thanks for several acknowledgements to my below message. This is step one, that we are clear on our "area of improvement"
Step two will be ownership >> creation >> rollout & implementation >> control.
As far as Project ownership is concerned : Kanyanat, can you please take ownership ? Thanks - this project ownership will include point 1-3 :
1) Ensure we have a standard design of an SOP
2) Ensure this is established in close cooperation with Product- & Branch Managers
3) Ensure we have the subject of SOP's and QUOTES for local services (incl. THC adjustments/ cancelled trips etc.) sorted out within 31 December 2014
==> Taxi will ensure- & coordinate through the Customer Retention Program that we are-/will be covered for our top 20 customers
and for the top XX Customers per product/branch by end of 1Q2015
==> Tosathorn will ensure this is implemented for the top XX Seafreight Customers
==> Narintip will ensure SOPs will be rolled out to LCH' top XX customers
==> Wimolrat will provide support to Product-/Branch Managers ref CBR input.
==> Kanyanat will ensure a simple SOP format for sales to use for new customers as secured by sales (if not already in place)
Note : top XX customers need to be quantified in line with Taxi's Customer Retention Program.
