The possibility to apply the models

The possibility to apply the models of logistic regression for determining the fraudulent statements are investigated further. The models of logistic regression for determining the fraudulent statements have been applied by Perols (2011), Ravsankar et al. (2011), Leonard (2012). The investigated versions of model formation are as follows:
1.) all selected independent variables are included in the model
2.) firstly, applying the forward methods, the constants are set, after that, the independent variables having a strong correlation with a dependant variable are gradually included.
