As far as I understand the nut in the wrong position does not represent any risk (not preventing float movement, no risk of chafing/scratching with the filter or float, no other risk) and the fact that the nut is on the wrong side will also be hidden when the sock is mounted.

Do the production of the parts including the measurement protocol (there could be other failures also and for traceability with the deviation noted) and inform North America that the parts are produced and if they agree we will ship the parts – but not as ISA/PSW since there is a deviation.
We need KUS to answer an 8D about why they failed to follow the drawing and how they will prevent repetition.
North America need to issue a new IPO for ISA/PSW once KUS has provided 8D promising that future deliveries will be correct according to the drawing/documentation.
