This research intends to study the English learning strategies of the fourth and third year students, Linguistics Department, Rajamangala University of Technology Isan, Surin Campus. The sample group for the study is 40 to the fourth and third year students, Linguistics Department, Rajamangala University of Technology Isan, Surin Campus. The instrument applied for data collection was the questionnaire. The data obtained was analyzed by the applications of percentage, mean and standard deviation.
