I have recently issued my new representative in Phuket, namely Khun Wan from A. Accounting in Kathu with a signed "Power of Attorney": which has been notarized by my lawyer in the United States of America. I have entrusted this company to act on my behalf in the sale of the unit 1010 situated at 4/122 Phuket Palace, the unit is owned by my company Northern Song Ltd of which i am the sole director. The unit is being sold to Mansour Khorramshahi and i believe he has chosen to have the unit transferred into his daughter name who details I enclose. Therefore I require that you issue my representative who is holding the current Power of Attorney a Debt Release Letter without delay. According to the enclosed statement that i received from Phuket Palace Jurstic office on 2nd September 2015 there are no outstanding debts on my unit. In fact I am 5058.10 THB in credit. I did not receive any invoice for Condo fee's for the period 01/09/15 to 31/12/15 so i am assuming that Christian and Grundy who as you mentioned have been very good taking care of my unit have paid these CAM fee's already from moneys they are holding on my behalf.
Once the transfer has been completed , would you be so kind to transfer the 5058.10 credit to my SCB bank account number 601-271067-1. Mansour lawyer will apparently collect the keys on his behalf also after the registration of the title and i authorize your office to hand these over.
