IGBANG is set to raise it up a notch as they confirm that the music video for their track “Bae Bae” is rated 19+.
As BIGBANG exclusively performed their new tracks “Loser” and “Bae Bae” during their concert in Seoul, South Korea last weekend, YG Entertainment explained why only the music video for “Loser” was released.
In a statement from Yang Hyun Suk, he revealed that the there were restrictions for the music video of “Bae Bae” due to classification reasons, confirming its 19+ rating.
He also explained the reason behind the concept’s provocative nature and stated that, “Now all the members are in their mid-20’s and they should be able to do things without restriction. The directors and members produced something that expressed themselves the best. And the outcome happens to be classified as R-19.”
The lyrics for the track were described to contain a flirty and affectionate tone which was a collaboration between T.O.P, G-Dragon and Teddy.
After all the teasing, BIGBANG will be releasing “Loser” and “Bae Bae” on May 1st as part of their MADE series for M. They plan on releasing at least one song for the next fourth months until August before unveiling their full album in September.
