Recruitment & Selection
• Set policies and process for effective recruitment and selection process across the company to ensure Zimmer hire high calibre quality personnel.
• Provide advice and counsel to Recruiting Line managers and participate in interview panel as required. Ensure that professional standards are applied throughout the recruitment process.
• Review internal and external advertisements to ensure that they are in-line with company guidelines and current employment legislation.
• Develop interview guides as needed.
• Participate in senior management appointments.
• Draft contracts of employment.
Compensation & Benefits
• Review and manage the Company’s remuneration policies to ensure remuneration remains competitive in the market place.
• Manage annual salary review process and co-ordinate through the management team and line managers.
• Manage employee packages as appropriate.
• Co-ordinate Stock Option programme throughout Thailand.
• Ensure that Zimmer has a highly competitive and motivational suite of reward and recognition benefits.
• Participate in salary surveys on a bi-annual basis respectively.
Employee Relations
• Maintain good employee relations and implement HR best practice to avoid major industrial relation disputation.
• Ensure Managers are educated with regard to relevant employment legislation requirements.
Policy & Procedures
• Develop and implement human resource policies and procedures in line with local business requirements and relevant employment legislation.
• Ensure rollout and education of policies and procedures throughout the company including face-to-face training and production or printed materials and/or posting on the Zimmer intranet site.
Performance Management
• Maintenance of Performance Appraisal system(s) in place throughout Zimmer Thailand.
• Maintain appraisal records.
• Assist with the counseling of staff where necessary.
• Coach and mentor managers through the process.
• Conduct Performance Appraisal training.
Training & Career Development
• Implement a training & development plan in conjunction with business and line manager needs.
• Advising senior management on organizational development and succession planning to support company growth plans.
General
• Develop company culture based on Zimmer values.
• Induction/Orientation of new staff.
• Staff retention management strategies.
• Co-ordinate counselling for employees as needed or appropriate.
• Generate management reports as required i.e. headcount, turnover etc.
• Prepare HR budgets.
• Maintain central information resources and filing systems.
• Mentor and counsel staff as appropriate.
