All stillage samples contained a high percentage of proteins (above 30%). The corn stillage enriched with1%of S. cerevisiae yeast containeda maximum protein content of 42.90%. The addition of the yeast contributed to an increase in protein content, fat content and the content of particular minerals such as P, Ca and Cu. The triticale stillage contained more minerals such as Zn, Fe, Mg and Ca, compared to the corn stillage.
