Below are the Memo of our meeting about the miss shipment to UCT on March 3.
I want to ask WH team to follow below direction to eliminate any miss shipments.
Please also make the quality issue document with actions.
1. TAIT does not ship any FG , Materials without the document or E-mail from MHM.
2. Please confirm truck No, driver, customer name before stuffing, loading.
3. Fork lift operators should use shipment tally and mark one by one for loading.
4. Stuff , fork operators need to confirm 3 times with document and real products.
5. Please do not hesitate checking , asking , confirming.
6. If we continue mistake, TAIT lose the business.
7. Even , there is the mistake of MHM , customers create the complaint to TAIT.
I appreciate WH team to improve our operation and eliminate any mistake even MHM problem.
WH team need to prevent the problem by the collaboration , team work, checking , confirming.

What was happen on March 3.
1. Urgent plan , MHM called 17:30pm.3/3. Noi san sale called Supin san.
2. Supin san talked to Wattana san about New urgent FG. No item talk.
3. Normal truck came 17:00 pm without any order.
4. Wattana san did not call Tom san .
5. Wattana san directly go to Silius, 10packs ship at same day.
6. Put the urgent FG to above normal truck. NW to UCT.
7. Tom san and Noi san recognized different products. 19:00 pm. at Silius.
8. Both MHM called Wattana san .
9. Mom san called SAPTANI prepare the truck.
10. TOM san called WAN san, better to get back the truck .
11. Truck came back and took off the wrong FG and sent right one .
12. Right FG information came from Tom sans call and not in Silius .
13. Right FG shipment order saying ship on 3/5 by Call .

What was impact to business
1. MHM asked truck to come back and send the right product.
2. Lost the credibility from MHM
What are the counter actions for future .
1. Any shipment , Not the call , require the Email or documents.
2. Without document , need to say NO to MHM.
