Dear all,
Dimension Data enjoys a strong reputation for honesty and integrity. Preserving the trust of our stakeholders is the responsibility of every individual that works within the Dimension Data group.
More and more, our business partners and other stakeholders are insisting on well-documented policies that demonstrate our commitment to ethical business practices. Our clients also want to be assured that they're dealing with a world-class business that does what's right.
We have put in place the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics ('the Code') which is designed to help us meet that obligation.
The Code explains how we expect to conduct business around the world. All employees, contractors, and members of the board of directors must commit to understanding the Code and abiding by its principles.
The principles support full compliance with applicable laws. They also represent the practical ways in which we demonstrate our corporate values. Our values serve as the foundation for the Code: professional excellence, teamwork, clients, integrity, innovation, diversity, and respect.
We believe that when we apply our ethical principles to our business decisions, we'll be positioned for success.
As a non-permanent Dimension Data employee, you are required to act in a way that keeps our ethical culture on track. When faced with an ethical dilemma, we have a responsibility to take action. We do what's right. Unthinkingly. Unquestionably. And without exception.
You are required to do the following:
1. Read through Code of Business Conduct and Ethics attached in this mail.
2. Declare that you have read the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and agree to adhere to its guidelines by completing & signing the attached form.
3. Scan the completed form and mail it back to:
[email protected]4. You need to complete this by Friday, May 9, 2015.
Speak up if you see or suspect any activity that violates our Code. And never hesitate to seek help if you're faced with a legal, compliance, or ethical issue.
