A total of 300 fresh meat samples including beef carcasses
(n:100), turkey meat (n:100) and chicken meat (n:100) were
collected from butchers and supermarkets between September and
December 2013 in Konya province, Turkey. All samples were
immediately placed in sterile containers, cooled on ice during
