We have had severe problems with the last 2 shipments, and we are asking for your expertise in this matter. Please we need to fix what is happening to the fish. The September shipment had so many DOA's and I know that you assisted us in replacements, we appreciated this, but many of the fish die afterwards. Secondary infections were very bad in the guppies that arrived alive which lead to fin rot, and fungus, within days. We can't figure this out. Please brother what can be the problem?
This has been devastating, we know it is not your fault we just need to figure out why, so that we can come up with solutions. I wish we would have had instructions or more information on how to use the medication you sent, but I was not sure how to use it. Maybe more fish could have been saved. I realize you were busy with the contest and we understand that your time must be divided up between your customers, your business, and your family.
If having pictures, and videos of the dead and infected fish would help you diagnose the issues, maybe you can see the problems to help us with the solutions. We can send them through Facebook messenger. As I cannot attach all of them to this email. If we can find a solution before next shipment, including preparations with any medications to have ready, we have already started cleaning the tanks up, we threw away all the old nets, washed the filters and scrubbed and sterilized the tanks. We don't blame you. We know this is not your fault. We just need help with solutions Please brother, you are the expert and we will follow any recommendations you make.
The reason we did not send this email sooner is because we know you were grieving with the loss of your countries leader. We see that you have begun the process of moving on. We are dedicated to you and our sister in Thailand.
