To enter data for Export or Import documentation as assigned from oversea offices and agents.
To manage documentation in accordance with an agreed SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)
To ensure documentation are entered in good quality and delivered to oversea offices and agents in timely fashion.
To communicate daily with oversea offices and agents, be proactive to solve problem.
To contribute good team spirits and provide good coordination to the team. Be a good team player.
To manage other jobs as assigned by supervisor/manager.
