•Minimum in Bachelor’s degree in any relavant area, preferably in Human Resources Management.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in HR , especially in compensation & Benefit and
• Well-versed in Thailand Employment Ordinance.
• Knowledge of Social Security, Income Tax system, Work permit process
• Knowledge of labor law and relevant regulatory requirements
• Good command of both spoken & written English and Thai
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• High level of confidentiality, organized, detail-conscious, good communication & interpersonal skills.
