The overall Cronbach’s Alpha score for all 39 items to test the perceived service quality was 0.948. As shown in Table 1, all the dimensions scored above 0.70, which ranged from 0.701 to 0.945. For items measuring visitors’ overall perceived the service quality, satisfaction levels, as well as recommend the museum to others and their intention of revisit, the overall Cronbach’s Alpha score was 0.889. Nunnally (1978) suggested that the minimum of 0.70 would be an acceptable level of reliability coefficient. Therefore, data collected from the pilot study are reliable and obtained acceptable level of internal consistency.
