How to cook
The first step must be taken to clean Striped shells.
Pour the oil into frying pan and wait until oil is hot.
Add garlic in the hot oil and fry until it becomes golden.
Add clams and stir until they are cooked
(clams will open when they are cooked). Stir for about 1 minute.
Season with fish sauce, sugar, and roasted chilli paste.
Then sprinkle with sweet basil leaves and red fresh chilli.
Stir-fry for another about 10 seconds.
Transfered to a serving dish and served with steamed rice.
