The aim of this step is the description of a consumer process in the form of its activities, the order of activities, the structure and content of information used and produced in the activities, as well as needed roles for service interaction. The step includes both the direct interaction required to use the eservice, and the wider context of the service use, i.e. the activities that precede and follows the service interaction. To guide the process identification, we provide an instrument in form of a set of guiding questions based on a four-aspect process framework
